SMS messaging terms and compliance

Program description: Max Pools Austin operates a text messaging program that sends conversational replies to customer inquiries, appointment confirmations, reminders and reschedule notifications, service follow-ups, and occasional requests to leave a review of our work. Consent is collected through a dedicated SMS consent checkbox on the contact form at https://maxpoolsaustin.com/contact, which is unchecked by default and is not a condition of purchase, or by your initiating a phone call to our published business number, in which case we may reply by text to respond to your inquiry.

Cancellation instructions: you can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text "STOP" to the number that sent you messages. We will send a single confirmation of your unsubscribe, after which you will receive no further messages from us. To rejoin, opt in again through our website form.

Carrier liability: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Supported carriers: our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers.

Age restriction: you must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.
